Cylinder heads, intake manifolds and exhaust manifolds can all be Extrude Honed for increased airflow and satin smooth ports. Extrude hone Powerflow works great on exhaust manifolds and dry intake manifolds. (where fuel is injected directly into cylinder head and intake passes only air) Stock Appearing Intake manifolds can also benefit from the Extrude Hone process when incorporated with additional porting modifications. If you need to use cast iron exhaust manifolds, the Extrude Hone Powerflow process helps make them their best. We are an official Extrude Hone powerflow dealer.

Extrude Hone is the only way to get inside of the manifold to radius and polish the long runner tube entrances in the plenum area.
