Our 3800 Series II Supercharged head assemblies incorporate port designs developed with extensive flow bench research to complement the specific needs of a supercharged engine. These heads are for GM 3800 SC Series II (L67) engines in Buicks, Oldsmobiles, Pontiacs and Chevrolets. Head porting can be modified to also work on the L36 (normally aspirated) 3800 series II engines.
LEVEL 1 - Stock Rebuild
$800.00*
Completely and properly rebuilt. Includes disassembly, degreasing and shot blasting, visual and magnaflux inspection. 3 angle valve seat, heads milled true, valve heights equalized, bronze guide liners, Sunnen honed to size, bolt holes cleaned with tap, assembled, pre-lubricated for startup.

NEW PARTS include stock replacement intake and exhaust valves, bronze valve guide liners, valve springs, valve locks, intake valve stem seals and expansion plugs.

Level 1 heads are recommended for owners that want to restore the original power of their original heads.


LEVEL 2 - Street Performance
$1050.00*
Includes Level 1 plus: Intake and exhaust port bowls are ported and polished to valve seat and intake and exhaust valves are back cut.

The Level 2 heads are recommended for a horse power increase on a budget.


LEVEL 3 – Competition
$1,740.00*
Includes Level 1 and 2 plus: Heads machined for oversize stainless steel swirl polished 1.84” intake valve and 1.60" exhaust valve. Entire intake and exhaust ports are extensively ported, including modifications to the critical short turn radiuses. Multi-angle Intake seat and radiused exhaust seat. Intake port opening is gasket matched. Combustion chambers are polished.

NEW PARTS include one piece oversized stainless steel 1.84/1.60 valves, performance valve springs.

Level 3 heads give 18% improvement in intake flow and a 33% increase in exhaust flow over stock heads!
