Entire intake and exhaust ports are ported and polished to give excellent flow numbers throughout the required valve lifts of your application. Bare heads are completed by sizing and Sunnen honing the valve guides and state of art multi-angle / radius throat valve job is performed. Combustion chambers are polished and modified for increased flow and CC equalized. Valves are back cut with proper angle to work with these new heads. Deck surface is milled true. Valve heights equalized, assembled, pre-lubricated for startup, ready to bolt on.
NEW PARTS generally include New Aluminum cylinder heads, one piece stainless steel swirl polished valves, bronze valve guides, performance dual valve springs, valve locks, no wiggle retainers, and viton positive valve stem seals.
