Our modified Buick intake manifolds incorporate modifications developed on the flow bench and race track.

These intakes have been proven successful on 11-second street cars. 100% streetable. They incorporate a modified plenum and depending on your application may include a reduced and radiused divider wall. Intake runners are matched to head ports and recontoured to increase airflow capacity. Stock external appearance is maintained. Cast Iron Intakes are degreased, shot blasted and visually inspected before porting work begins. Manifold is primed and painted Buick red, ready to install.

The SUPER intake also includes the boring of an access hole in the under side of the intake to allow additional porting to increase airflow to cylinder #2 and #3, which also helps to improve runner balance. Stock external appearance is retained. Recommended for maximum effort Stock Appearing engines.

Bob Linquist's 1970 Buick GS uses this intake on his stock appearing 455, that has run 11.81 @ 116MPH on bias-ply street tires!

Intake manifold weight can be reduced by 4 to 6 pounds by machining off the exhaust crossover from the underside of the intake. The exhaust crossover passages MUST be securely blocked in the heads to prevent exhaust gases from entering the crankcase. This option is for the serious Stock Appearing racer that is looking for every possible edge.

Back by popular demand, the GHP-E2515 is a resurrection of the popular B-4B manifold made in the late 1960s for street 400-430-455 CID Buick V8s. The only change to the original design is the addition of Edelbrock's proven Performer style carb pad that accepts either square-bore or spread-bore carbs, making this manifold an excellent choice for both restoration and performance-minded Buick fans.
Excellent manifold for street/strip cars. Carb pad is moved forward to better center carb over port runners. This manifold works best with a 360 degree open air cleaner. Proven successful on 11-second street cars. 100% streetable. No underhood clearence issues.

Designed for street 400-430-455 CID Buick V8s. The GHP-E2146 is a stock replacement/street legal part for 400, 430 and 455 V8s; 1967-71. Fits 1967-76. Will fit factory GS ram-air air cleaners. Accepts either square-bore or spread-bore carbs.
